Welcome to the third issue of the NEA GOP newsletter. This issue
includes information on a number of exciting developments in
NEA's bipartisan outreach program over the last few months. This
summer has seen a flurry of activity, including the
Representative Assembly in Washington, D.C.; the second NEA
Republican Leaders Conference; the welcoming of NEA's new
President, Dennis Van Roekel; a major NEA presence at the
Republican National Convention; and lots of great work by NEA
Republican members to promote public education within the
Republican Party.
